The Mee Studio is an online event platform designed for organizers, attendees, speakers, and sponsors worldwide. Unlike one-way webinars or traditional video conferencing, we enable attendee conversations and provide engaging community-building experiences. This is an all-in-one online events platform that enables you to plan, manage, promote, and host your online events, including interactive live video streaming.
As the world is moving towards the mode of managing work, businesses, social interaction from home. This application will facilitate people to organize their events and attend any event online through video conferencing, chat one to one and chat within any event/community for any kind of discussion. This will save users time in travelling to attend any event. All users will be able to interact and manage their businesses by sitting remotely at their own location. Group discussion over chat will help them to put their ideas in one chat room and make the good decision.
There three user roles in this aplication:
Organizers: An organizer will use this platform to create his event and host it. He will be able to manage his event by updating or deleting the event. An event can have multiple agenda/topics which admin will create with each agendas start and end time. Add each event speakers name, bio, photo, and email address. The speaker will receive an email invitation to speak when the event happens.
Speakers: Speakers are the users who will be added to any event created by organizer. Speaker will get email invitation whenever he will be added to any events topic. He will join this application to check all the events where he is added as speaker. He further start the video conferencing as a presenter where there will be all the attendees who joined this event.
Attendees: We are providing mobile app to all attendees who will be coming to our mobile platform to explore all the events and join them. Attendees can view all the upcoming events, he will be able to do RSVP to register themself for the event. These events will be visible to attendees in their My Events list. He will be able to join the video conferencing of that event when the event happens. He will be able to see the presenters video, listen him and able to see the information which presenter will share on his screen. Attendees can text chat in that conference.
We are providing the facility of one to one chat between attendees and they will also be able to chat within the event group for any kind of event related discussion which will help them to take any decision by group discussion.
